4:Twelve is the student ministry at Open Door for any and all students in grades 6-12. We exist to minister to the students at Open Door and those in our community through relevant teaching, building of relationships through Christian fellowship, and serving our church and community in various ways. Our name comes from 1 Timothy 4:12 where it says “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” And our goal is to teach our students these principles in a way that they will change this world.

CLUB 56 Students in 5th or 6th grade are invited to join this life group that meets Sunday mornings during the 9:00am and 10:45am service (except for the 5th Sunday of a month). During this time students will be given the opportunity to connect with one another and an adult couple that leads the group.
4:TWELVE SERVICES Life Groups Students in 7th-12 grade have the opportunity each week to connect in one of our life groups. The groups are broken down by grade, 7th & 8th and 9th-12th and sometimes by gender to create a environment where students are open to sharing and growing together. Each group is different, but is guaranteed to include time discussing God’s word as well as time connecting with one another and the adult leaders.
4:TWELVE SERVICES Once per month a special service for all 6th-12th graders will take place. Each of these combines not only time for the students to connect with one another and adult leaders, but also provides an opportunity for students to grow in their relationship with God. These events are a great introduction to 4:TWELVE and are packed with a ton of fun that anyone can enjoy!
EVENTS Throughout the year we will provide opportunities for students to participate in various outings and events. This can include things like youth conferences, camps, retreats, fun one day outings, missions trips, etc. Please be sure to pay close attention to announcement video and bulletin each week, as well as the monthly newsletter.
