Each child must have a completed registration form in order to participate. Registration forms are located at the ODK Sign In Stations during services or use the link below to print as many copies as you need. Completed forms may be left at the ODK Sign In Station, the Welcome Center or sent in by mail to PO Box 1095, Edenton, NC 27932, Attn: Carrie Schwartz.

HELP IS NEEDED!

It just involves registering, serving snacks (which the Red Cross provides), and we also watch young children while parents donate if needed.  Very easy….but everyone’s work schedule it’s sometimes difficult to get the whole time 2-7 covered.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot fill your scheduled time please use cell numbers provided to switch with someone. (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT) We have had to scramble and find people to fill in because no one has shown up to serve and that does not look good when the parents are standing there with babies and we are looking for workers. So PLEASE remember your schedule…One thing that helps me is I put my dates in my cell phone and it will remind me the day before when I am on the schedule.

Be in the nursery at least 15 mins before service begins. This schedule is ONLY for Infant Nursery. We have teachers for toddler side which will be teaching a lesson, it is no longer called a nursery.

We have changed our check-in system for the babies, the parents will be checking the babies in where they check in Children church and then bring the babies to the door where they need to hand the child over the half door so this means that a worker needs to be at he door taking child and bag. We DO NOT want parents in the nursery. We are doing this for the safety of our children. We also are asking  you wear your nursery Tshirt every time you are serving.  We have a changing table in both bathrooms for parent needing to change there child that stays with parents.  When parents come to pick up child hand over door or open the door so child can walk out. Again NO ONE but workers and children are to be in nursery.

Things to take care of when finish serving in Nursery….

1-Make sure toys and books are put away.

2-Tables and floor are cleaned up from having a snack.

3-Trash cans are emptied….This is for Wednesday Night also.

In it you will find descriptions of all the studies for the next quarter, group hosts (and the study they will be doing), meeting days, times and locations.  Once you’ve picked a group that best meets your needs, simply print and fill out the commitment card located in the directory and return it in the offering plate, the Life Group station or Welcome Center OR follow the link below to the Contact Us Page to make your request. Fill in your name, email address and phone number and in the “Message” section, just list your 1st and 2nd Life Group choices by host number.  ITS THAT EASY!

If you’ve been participating in a group that you absolutely love – GREAT!  Just make sure you sign up for that same group again.  If you would like to try out another group or there is a certain study that has grabbed your attention, no problem.  Just indicate your 1st and 2nd choices and the host will contact you.

During the last half of this session, ALL groups will be studying the same materials – 40 Days in the Word by Rick Warren.
